How it works
Text pictures of the basement and the stairs. We reply with a price range fast.
We arrive in your window and give a firm price before any work begins.
We bring everything up, load it, sweep up, and donate, recycle or dispose.
Common basement problems
The situations we hear about most, and exactly how our crew handles each one.
Couches, dressers and freezers don’t fit easily up tight basement stairs, and moving them yourself risks injury.
Our crew carries everything up and out, with basic disassembly when needed, protecting walls and floors on the way.
Boxes, old toys and forgotten belongings fill every corner, and nobody knows what’s inside.
Take what you want first, or point as we go. We load the rest and sweep up.
A basement renovation can’t start while the room is full of stuff and old carpet.
We clear the contents and haul away old carpet and flooring, so the renovation can begin.
A flooded or damp basement leaves soaked carpet, boxes and furniture behind.
Tell us about mould or flooding before we arrive, so we can plan safety precautions and the right disposal.
Leftover furniture and garbage in a rental suite delay cleaning and the next tenant.
We clear the suite and leave it broom-clean, ready for cleaning and repairs.
Hourly rates and add-on fees make it hard to know what you’ll pay.
We give you a firm price on site, based on truck space, before any lifting starts. No hidden fees.
Load sizes
Every job is measured by how much of our truck it takes up. Pick a size to see what it usually looks like.
