01
What we collect
When you ask for a quote through this website, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you need and a description of the job. You can also attach photos of the items or space.
When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us or send us.
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. This website does not take payments or ask for card details.
02
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request by phone, text or email, give you a price, book and do the job, and follow up about it. Photos help us judge the size of the load and what the job needs.
We keep records of completed jobs for our business and tax records.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
03
Where it is kept
Quote requests, including any photos you attach, are received and stored in the customer management software we use to handle quotes and follow-ups. That software is run by an outside provider.
Only the Trash B Gone team members who handle quotes and jobs can see your request.
Our website, email and quote software are run by outside service providers whose servers may be located outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed in another country and be subject to its laws.
05
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and photos only as long as we need them to quote, complete and follow up on your job, and to meet our business and tax record requirements. After that we delete them.
06
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@trashbgone.ca or call 604-725-1092 and we will respond within 30 days.
