Pricing depends on the amount of junk, the property condition, labour and disposal fees. We give a free estimate and a firm price before we start.

We walk through the home with you, check safety and access, agree what stays and what goes, and give a firm price before any work begins.
Will you throw away things I want to keep?
No. We sort carefully and set aside anything you want to keep. Point out important papers, photos and keepsakes, or stay on site and direct us.
Do you deep clean and sanitize after the cleanout?
Yes. Once the junk is out, we deep clean and sanitize the space so it’s safe to use again. It’s part of our hoarding service.
Is the service discreet?
