Do I need to move everything outside?
No. Our crew removes approved items directly from the storage unit.
Can you empty an entire storage locker?
Yes. We do both complete and partial storage unit cleanouts.
Do I need to be there?
Not always, as long as facility access, payment and clear written authorization are arranged. An authorized person must be reachable during the cleanout.
Can you clean out an auction unit?
Yes. You provide access and confirm your authority to remove the contents. We don’t purchase or appraise auction items.
Do you sort through boxes?
We remove items to the agreed instructions, but we don’t decide what is valuable or sentimental. Check boxes and remove important belongings first.
Do you remove mattresses and appliances?
Yes. Fridges and freezers must be empty, and extra processing fees may apply to mattresses, refrigerant appliances and some electronics.
